This Privacy Policy explains what information MaxGrowth (the "Service") collects and how it is used.
Account information you provide (email, name, organization name) and the content you create in the Service (brands, knowledge, keywords, articles). We store usage counts for quota enforcement. We do not collect payment card details in the application.
To operate and improve the Service, enforce plan limits, secure accounts, and respond to support requests. Content you create is processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate the output you request.
We use a single first-party session cookie (httpOnly) to keep you signed in, and a local preference for language. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your organization and all its data from Settings → Danger Zone, or by contacting us. Deletion is irreversible.
We do not sell your data. We share content with AI providers only to fulfill your generation requests, and with infrastructure providers strictly to run the Service.
